The Best Keto Greek Chicken

A simple, flavourful keto meal that you’ll love!

Keto Greek Chicken is a staple recipe in my house. The flavours are so delicious that it is the perfect recipe for when we have company over.

We often have all the ingredients on hand which makes it even easier. I find recipes like keto greek chicken, that have the most basic ingredients to be the most delicious! The only fresh ingredients you need on hand are the chicken and the lemon – the rest are pantry staples!

You can substitute any chicken for this dish, or even pork however chicken thighs were MADE for a dish like this!

Keto Greek Chicken Ingredient List

Keto Greek Chicken Instructions

  1. Cut your chicken thighs into 1" chunks if making skewers.

  2. Slide 6 - 7 chicken pieces onto the skewers

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and whisk to combine

  4. Place skewers into a shallow baking dish or other container (glass or plastic preferred) and pour marinade over the top. Ideally the skewers will be completely covered.

  5. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  6. Pre-heat BBQ to medium high

  7. Brush the grill with olive oil so the chicken skewers don't stick

  8. Place each skewer on the grill for 6 - 8 minutes. Keep a close eye on them so that they do not burn.

  9. Flip each skewer for another 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F

  10. Enjoy! Add tzatziki dressing (I like SummerFresh from Wall-Mart) for the most delicious meal!

  11. I had this with a simple greek salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese. I also pan fried some riced cauliflower in butter with salt and pepper.
